Overseeing an in-house staff of over twenty people, Craig Williams has developed a team of professionals that are well regarded for their interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of clients.

Preliminary Construction Cost Analysis

CRW Construction works with both the client and architect to establish the most accurate cost parameters and design elements to suit the budgetary requirements.

Comprehensive Bidding

Craig R. Williams Construction, Inc. is proactively involved in every stage of development and continues its comprehensive bidding process throughout every phase of construction to get our clients the best possible prices. Our specialty sub-contractors bid every line item according to the proposed plan, including all details, all methods of construction, all specialty techniques, and all options.

Our comprehensive bids allow the client and architect to compare individual prices for each component of the construction process, thereby easily accommodating any changes or substitutions.

Construction Documentation

CRW Construction provides clients with bi-monthly computer-generated billing statement which compare actual costs with projected costs; the sub-contractors’ invoices are attached as cost documentation. Our system keeps clients regularly informed of the construction progress and budget status.

Supervision

Each construction project is assigned a personal Project Supervisor from beginning to completion. Depending on the project’s specific requirements, the Project Supervisor may be part-time or full-time, but will always be available to the client by cell phone and email. Additionally, the Company President, Craig Williams avidly monitors the ongoing status of every project.

Post-Construction Manual

Upon completion, each client will be given a Post Construction “Manual” to include a subcontractor and vendor lists, their contact information, manufacturer’s warranty documentation, and equipment and system product manuals, or documentation.

Architectural Services

Over the past 25 years, CRW Construction has developed successful relationships with many of the top architects in Southern California. We provide the highest level of service to our clients, and we consider all aspects of design, architectural elements, cost, and completion time to determine which architect will best fit out clients’ needs. We work diligently with every client to facilitate the best choice for their home construction project.

Estate Maintenance

At CRW Construction, we understand that almost every construction project requires some maintenance upon completion. This includes, but is not limited to, regular painting, water filter change-outs, heating filter replacements, appliance servicing, gutter cleaning, stone sealing, and finish carpentry adjustments. Craig Williams Constructions, will gladly assume this role, and frequently establishes long-term relationships with the client to provide these services. We utilize the best craftspeople and sub-contractors to perform any additional work–long after the initial job has been completed.

New Construction
